Dr. Daniel Kraus, DC consulting with a patient

Bethesda Scoliosis & Posture is dedicated to the non-surgical evaluation and treatment of spinal conditions including scoliosis, kyphosis, adult spinal deformity, and adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Led by Dr. Daniel Kraus, D.C., our practice focuses on personalized care designed to improve spinal alignment, reduce discomfort, and support long-term spinal health.

Our office utilizes the internationally recognized ScoliCare® protocols, a comprehensive approach specifically developed for conservative scoliosis care. Treatment may include ScoliBrace®, a custom 3D corrective brace designed to gently guide the spine toward improved alignment, along with ScoliBalance® Physical Therapy, a specialized exercise program that strengthens spinal support muscles while improving posture and stability.

Our ScoliCare approach

Care is selected for the individual—not the diagnosis alone. Evaluation, corrective bracing and scoliosis-specific rehabilitation are coordinated around each patient’s curve, symptoms and goals.

  • ScoliCare® clinical protocols
  • Custom ScoliBrace® 3D corrective bracing
  • ScoliBalance® scoliosis-specific physical therapy
  • Posture and spinal-alignment rehabilitation
